The Leeds Arts Partnership aims to:

• be an effective and dynamic forum and focus for the arts in Leeds;
• review and influence strategic policy for the arts in Leeds and the Yorkshire and Humber region;
• encourage the development and retention of cultural talent and creativity throughout the city and its communities for the benefit of all;
• facilitate networking to promote partnership, the sharing of expertise and the dissemination of best practice;
• raise the profile of the arts and enhance Leeds' status as a regional capital and international city;
• promote clear understanding of the role and value of the arts.
