Teenage Pregnancy
and Parenthood Partnership Board
Membership
The
partnership board meet regularly to review the progress of the work
programme,
and ensure better partnership working to help young people in Leeds
achieve the
best possible outcomes. This work is complemented by a number of task
and
finish groups established both city wide and in the priority wards. Minutes of the most recent board meetings are available to view via the links on this page.
Across
Leeds and services there are a number of local senior champions
including
support from our elected members such as Councillor Stewart Golton,
executive
member for Children’s Services.
The
teenage pregnancy and parenthood partnership is also supported by a
small team
including: Paul Bollom, priority outcome commissioner within DCSU; Kiera
Swift,
Leeds teenage pregnancy and parenthood coordinator; and Jenny Midwinter,
locality commissioner. This support is further enhanced by the increased
assistance
provided by frontline workers and senior management both city-wide and
in the
priority wards.
