Welcome to the Employment and Skills Partnership, which is the economic strategy and development partnership of the Leeds Initiative.

Over the last 10 years Leeds has created 68,000 jobs and is expected to create a further 31,000 over the next 10 years.

The partnership aims to support this growth of the economy in a sustainable way by bringing together the voice of entrepreneurs and wealth creators and the leaders of public policy to meet the aspirations of the Vision for Leeds
