The East North East Health and Wellbeing Partnership started meeting in October 2009.

The East North East wedge of Leeds comprises of the Inner East, Inner North East and Outer North East areas of Leeds. Leeds City Council has nominated three Councillor Health Champions for this area. They are:

• Councillor Richard Brett - Inner East
• Councillor Sharon Hamilton - Inner North East
• Councillor Peter Harrand - Outer North East

 The Area Manager for this wedge is Rory Barke and the chair of the group is Norma Thompson from NHS Leeds.
