The Renaissance Leeds Partnership is a collaboration between the Homes and Communities Agency (formerly English Partnerships), Leeds City Council, Leeds Initiative and Yorkshire Forward. It aims to build confidence among investors and funding agencies, and increase public and private sector investment in the public realm and infrastructure of Leeds.
