The teenage pregnancy and parenthood care pathway is a
referral tool for professionals in Leeds working with young people who may be
pregnant or are parents. There are two versions of the care pathway available:
an interactive version which can be viewed on a computer; and a PDF version
which can be downloaded and printed off for reference.
When using the interactive version, click on the buttons
provided to ensure that the pathway is correctly followed. Do not scroll as the
pathway will not appear in the correct order.
